CHOP SUEY 
1 tbsp. oil or butter
2 onions
1 lb. beef, sliced thin
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1 c. mushrooms
3 tbsp. soya sauce
1 lb. bean sprouts
Salt and pepper
3/4 c. water

Fry beef in butter until redness has disappeared. Add vegetables and saute until nicely browned. Add soya, water, sprouts, and salt and pepper; boil, covered, 10 minutes.
