STRAWBERRY STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. Pioneer biscuit and baking mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 c. strawberry jam
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2-3 tbsp. additional milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium bowl, combine biscuit mix, granulated sugar, egg and 2/3 cup milk. Mix only to moisten. Turn into greased 8 or 9-inch square baking dish.

Combine nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter. Spoon strawberry jam over top. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
