C P'S SAUTEED VEGGIES 
1 bunch broccoli
3 med. carrots
1 brown onion
1/2 stick butter

Clean broccoli and cut into spears. Peel and slice carrots, diagonally or straight. Slice onion as desired. Wash all vegetables and drain. Place butter into a saucepan or wok; let it melt. Add cleaned vegetables and desired seasoning. Stir and cover. Let cook over medium heat until desired tenderness or about 15 minutes.
