MACARONI SALAD 
1/2 lb. elbow macaroni (4 c. cooked)
3/4 c. diced, cooked ham
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced red pepper

DRESSING:

1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. water
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
Generous dash of pepper

Cook macaroni; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.

In large bowl, combine macaroni, ham, pickle relish and peppers.

In small bowl combine dry mustard and water. Blend well and let stand 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients. Then mix into macaroni mixture. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
