MARK'S FAVORITE BREAKFAST (DUTCH
BABIES)
 
4 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. flour

Place the butter in an 8 inch skillet (I use an 8 or 9 inch round metal cake pan). Then place this pan into a 425 degree oven. While the butter melts, put the eggs into blender or food processor and whirl them until they are light and smooth. With the motor running, pour in the milk, then the flour. Continue blending for 30 seconds. Remove the pan from the oven and pour in the batter. Return it immediately to the 425 degree oven and bake until it is puffy and browned at the edge, about 18 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve at once.
