SWEET SOUP 
1 c. pearl tapioca
1 1/2 qts. water
1 stick whole cinnamon
1 c. cooked raisins (cook by itself)
1 c. cooked prunes (some sugar may be added)

More water may be added as it starts to cook.

Use some juice from both raisins and prunes. Red food coloring 1 tsp. vinegar Sugar to taste

Soak tapioca overnight. Cook tapioca, water and stick cinnamon until tapioca is transparent. Add other ingredients and cook all for a few minutes longer. Will be very thin until cool. Cooking time is 3 hours.
