STROMBOLI 
1 loaf frozen bread
Dijon mustard
1/2 lb. boiled ham
1/4 lb. pepperoni
1/4 lb. hard salami
4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Oregano or Italian spice
Butter

Cover bread with damp cloth and thaw. Grease cookie sheet, lightly oil dough. Press out to edges of cookie sheet. Spread mustard sparingly on middle third of bread. Next layers in order are: Mozzarella, hard salami, ham, pepperoni and Swiss cheese. Fold both sides over and seal all edges. Place seam side down on cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with Italian spice or oregano. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
