FILLING FOR HOLIDAY JAM CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
1 lg. apple, grated

Cook butter, flour, milk and sugar until thick, stirring. Remove from heat. Add raisins, coconut, nuts and grated apple. Ice between layers, top and sides. Use on Holiday Jam Cake. Makes enough for 4 large layers.
