CHILDREN'S CHINESE CHICKEN
VEGETABLES
 
3 pieces leftover chicken, debone
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. sliced celery
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. bell pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water

In large skillet, mix water and vegetables. Cover and steam 7 minutes. Stir several times.
