SWEET & SOUR GREEN BEANS 
4 strips thick sliced bacon, diced
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
4 c. cooked green beans

Cook diced bacon until crisp. Pour 1/2 fat off and leave remainder. Blend sugar with vinegar and add to bacon. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch and then blend over low heat. Add 4 cups cooked green beans to sauce and stir over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
