BREAKFAST QUICHE 
1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked, deep dish
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
16 oz. cooked sausage, scrambled
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line pine shell with half of cheese. Top cheese with sausage. Cover with remaining cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper and beat well. Bake 25 minutes or until knife stuck in center is clean.
