CHICKEN DINNER 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in half (8 pieces)
4 slices cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or American)
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/3 c. milk
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c. melted butter

Butter a 9x13 inch pan. Pound chicken pieces flat. Put in pan in single layer. Place cheese on top of chicken. Mix soup with 1/3 cup milk and spread over the chicken and cheese. Mix stuffing mix with melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
