BLACK CAKE 
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. cold black coffee
1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and beat 3 minutes. Batter will be thin. Bake at 350 degrees, 50-60 minutes.

ICING:

Cook together: 1 c. milk

Cover and cool thoroughly.

Beat together: 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar

Add flour mix and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Beat until fluffy and ice cake.

I prefer a mocha icing of just powdered sugar, butter and 1 envelope of liquid chocolate and instant coffee to flavor.

Not a weight watcher delight!
