PEANUT BUTTER CRISPIE BARS 
6 c. Rice Krispies
18 oz. jar crunchy peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 tbsp. Karo light syrup
1 stick butter

Melt peanut butter over medium heat in a non-stick pan. Blend in powdered sugar until smooth. Add Rice Krispies and mix until just coated. Spoon mixture into a 9x13 inch pan and press flat. Over low heat melt chocolate chips, Karo syrup and butter until smooth. Spread over the cereal mixture. Allow to cool then cut into bars.
