To assemble salad, put lettuce leaf on plate. Set a pineapple ring (can be colored green if you like) on the lettuce leaf. Cut a banana in half and set in the hole of the pineapple ring, cut side down. Fasten a maraschino cherry to the nose of the "rocket" with a toothpick.
