TOMATO - VEGETABLE COOLER 
2 c. tomato juice
1 stalk celery, cut into sm. pieces
1 sm. carrot, cut into sm. pieces
1 slice onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 sprigs parsley
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
4 ice cubes

Put all ingredients, except ice cubes in blender. Cover and turn to high until vegetables are liquified. While blender is running, add ice cubes, one at a time. Serve in frosted glasses. Serves 3.
