CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
1 can cream-style corn
1 stick melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
8 oz. mild shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl (except cheese) and pour in a greased 9 x 13 dish. Top with cheese and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
