1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1 lg. can cherry pie filling
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. pkg. pecans
Maraschino cherries

Bake cake mix according to directions on box. Mix pudding according to directions. Put 1/2 of baked cake in bottom of the punch bowl. Put in 1/2 of Cool Whip, cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple. Repeat with the other half, starting with the cake. Top with pecans and cherries.
