CREAM CHEESE MINTS 
2 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. any flavoring you choose
1 or more c. powdered sugar
Few drops of any food color

Work this together for a workable dough. If it is too soft, add a bit more sugar. Form into marble-size balls. Dip in regular sugar and press into mold. Turn onto wax paper. Store in refrigerator or freezer after they dry. Separate layers with wax paper.
