2 c. milk
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. butter
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine and mix all ingredients, except coconut, for 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour into deep pie pan. Sprinkle coconut on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
