FUDGE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together flour and sugar. Mix butter, cocoa and water in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over flour and sugar mixture and stir until well mixed. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla; mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 14 pan.

Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes.

Frosting:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Start frosting 5 minutes before cake is done.

Melt together in saucepan the butter, cocoa and milk. Bring to boil slowly. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Ice cake while it's still hot.
