3 c. flour (all-purpose) 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 egg, well beaten 1 c. chicken broth (boiling) Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Pour boiling chicken broth over flour mixture. Let stand until cold. Add egg. If dough is too soft, add flour. If too stiff, add some milk. Roll and cut. Drop in boiling chicken broth. Cover and cook 12 to 15 minutes. |
