CONGEALED SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 pkg. orange Jello
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained (save juice)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
2/3 container Cool Whip
1/2 lb. Cracker Barrel cheese
1 (10 1/2 oz.) miniature marshmallows
1 c. boiling water

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add fruit. Add marshmallows on top of Jello. After Jello has set for 20 minutes. Add Cool Whip. Then sprinkle grated cheese over all.
