RASPBERRY MOLDED SALAD 
1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries or 1 1/4 c. fresh raspberries
1 can applesauce

Dissolve gelatin in the boiling water. Stir in frozen raspberries or fresh and applesauce. Mix all. Let set and chill in mold or 8" pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 pkg. sm. marshmallows
1/2 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. salad dressing

Stir together marshmallows and boiling water until melted. Mix in cream cheese and salad dressing. Beat until smooth. Spread on top of set Jello. Ready to serve in several hours.
