SQUASH BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. cooked mashed squash
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1/4 c. water
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts

In mixing bowl combine sugar, brown sugar, cooked squash, cooking oil and eggs; beat until well blended. Stir in water. Thoroughly stir together flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger. Add to squash mixture and mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts. Turn batter into well greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake in 350 oven for 65 to 70 minutes or until bread is done.
