SWEDISH RYE BREAD 
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar or 1/2 if you don't want it sweet
1 c. Wiconia molasses
2 pkgs. yeast
4 1/2 c. warm water
Flour to knead, 1 1/2 c. rye flour + white flour

I soak yeast in 1/2 cup water and 1 teaspoon sugar until it is bubbly and add it to the sponge, add white flour to make stiff dough. Bake at 325 degrees.
