1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 tbsp. butter

Melt in a pan. When smooth, add 1 cup peanuts and a 10-ounce bag miniature marshmallows. Spread in a 9x13 pan and cool.
