QUICK - AS - A - SNAP - LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground chuck, cooked & drained
1 jar (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 carton (12 oz.) cottage cheese
6 lasagna noodles, cooked & cut in half
Parmesan cheese

Combine ground chuck and spaghetti sauce. In 2 (8 inch) baking pans or 1 (9 x 13 inch), layer in following order: 1/2 cup sauce, 3 lasagna noodles, all of cottage cheese, 1/2 of remaining sauce, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese, a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, 3 lasagna noodles, remaining sauce, remaining Mozzarella cheese sprinkled on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly.
