STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box strawberry cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. juice from fresh or frozen strawberries

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 3 layer cake pans. Mix cake by package directions adding strawberry juice last. pour batter into pans and bake for 25 minutes. Frost with the following:

FROSTING:

1 box confectioners sugar, sifted
1 pt. mashed strawberries

Pour sugar in mixing bowl. Add strawberries a little at a time until mixture is of spreading consistency. Beat well with mixer to avoid any lumps. Spread between layers and over top and sides of cake.
