BREAST OF CHICKEN IN WINE 
6 lg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. dry white wine
3/4 tsp. dried tarragon
1 lg. garlic clove, halved
3 to 4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika
Parsley

Season chicken, place in greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch dish, combine wine, tarragon, and garlic, pour over chicken. Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. Sprinkle chicken with Parmesan and paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Garnish with parsley.
