LITTLE WHITE CASTLES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. golden onion soup mix
8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
Hamburger dill pickles
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Rolls

Brown beef, drain off some of the fat. Add soup mix, stir. Add cheese, stir until melted. Cut off the top of the rolls, spread meat over one layer. Put dill pickles over meat. Put top of rolls back on. Heat oven to 375. Place a damp paper towel over the rolls, cover in foil and bake for 20 minutes.
