MANDARIN CREAM CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges in juice
1 c. chopped nuts

Cut oranges up in juice. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, nuts and oranges; mix well. Pour into 3 greased and floured layer cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Remove from pans and cool before icing.

ICING:

1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
