CONFETTI CAKE CONES 
1 (14 oz.) pkg. banana quick bread mix
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped and toasted
1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. flat bottom ice cream cones (12 cones)
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
Multi-color decors for garnish

1. Oven 350 degrees.

2. Prepare banana bread mix as label directs. Stir in chopped nuts.

3. Spoon batter into cones, filling each two thirds full. Place cones in jelly roll pan. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

4. Cool cones completely in pan on wire rack.

5. When cold, prepare icing: Mix sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons water to make a thick spreading consistency.

6. Spread icing over banana bread in cones. Top icing on come with decors. Makes 12.
