BEEF SAUSAGE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. marjoram, ground
1/2 tsp. allspice, ground
1/4 tsp. nutmeg, ground
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (or more if you like it very hot)

Combine and shape into a roll. Wrap in cellophane and refrigerate to make it firm for slicing.
