DUTCH CABBAGE | |
1 c. apple juice 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard 1/2 head cabbage 1 green pepper, sliced 1 med. onion, sliced 1 lb. sausage, sliced Stir mustard and apple juice together until warm; shred 1/2 head cabbage and add to apple juice; add sliced green pepper and onion. Cook until tender and then add sliced sausage; cook 10 minutes or longer on low heat. |
