DILLED POTATO SALAD 
10 med. red potatoes
1/2 tsp. vegetable or beef bouillon
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill
1 tsp. pepper

Slice potatoes thin and boil until done. Dissolve bouillon in water. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, green onions, parsley, dill and pepper. Stir until mixed well. Toss gently with potatoes and chill.
