SMOTHERED CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Flour chicken and put into deep baking dish. Cover 3/4 to the top of baking dish with water, cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Add soup and return to oven for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
