FLOUNDER IN LEMONY DILL SAUCE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. chopped dill or 3/4 tsp. dill weed or 1/2 tsp. dill seed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 med. green onion, sliced
1 lb. flounder or other fresh fish

In 10-inch skillet over medium-low heat; heat all ingredients except flounder until butter melts, stirring occasionally. Add fillet to mixture. Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes until fish flakes easily. Baste occasionally. Serves 4. 155 calories per serving.
