CHEESY BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 lg. pkg. egg noodles, cooked
1 to 2 c. grated cheese

Mix together ground beef and tomato sauce. In separate bowl mix sour cream, cream cheese and green onion. In baking dish layer noodles (1/2) all cheese mixture, 1/2 meat mixture, remaining 1/2 noodles, remaining 1/2 meat. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
