1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate (melted and cooled)
3/4 c. whipping cream
1 lg. pound cake (Sarah Lee is great)

Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Add melted and cooled chocolate. Mix until blended. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add remaining sugar (1/2 cup), beating until soft peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Split cake into 3 layers. Frost each layer with cream cheese mixture as well as sides and top. Chill.
