STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin (jello)
3/4 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1 c. strawberries

Sift together cake mix and gelatin. Add oil; beat in eggs, one at a time. Add berries and mix well.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.

Strawberry Filling and Icing:

1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar, sifted
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1/2 c. strawberries

Blend sugar and butter. Add strawberries and mix well. Ice all cake layer tops with the filling and stack. Cover the top layer and sides with icing also.

Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
