2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil or melted butter
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 jars strained, plum baby food
1 c. chopped nuts, optional

Mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Mix liquid ingredients. Mix together. Add nuts. Grease a bundt pan and pour in the mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes.
