TOSSED SALAD 
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 iceberg lettuce
1 fresh Parmesan
Wedge of cheese, grated
1/3 c. seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
Salt and pepper

Chop red pepper and green pepper. Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Grate Parmesan cheese as much as desired over mixture.

Just before serving, toss with rice vinegar and olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Low calorie and tastes great.
