GREAT POTATO SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can solid white tuna in water, drained
2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/2 c. carrot
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
3 c. thick sliced potato chips

Mix mayonnaise and vinegar in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients except potato chips. Toss to coat. Chill 6 hours. Just before serving, add potato chips and toss lightly. Makes 4 cups.

Chips will get soggy if it sets very long. For just 2 I mix my chips as I serve it.
