FROZEN CRANBERRY VELVET PIE 
1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Combine whipping cream, sugar and vanilla. Whip until thick but not stiff. Gradually add to whipped cream cheese, beating until smooth and creamy. Fold remaining cranberry sauce into whipped mixture. Spoon onto crust. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer about 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with whipped cream (Cool Whip).

NOTE: Thaws quickly so eat up or put it back into the freezer.
