APPLE PINEAPPLE SALAD 
3 c. diced apples
2 c. diced celery
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. water
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. English walnuts

Drain pineapple. Mix pineapple juice, water, cornstarch and sugar. Cook until clear. Cool combined apples, celery, pineapple and walnuts. Pour cooled syrup over fruit mixture.
