1 c. water
1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 tsp. oil
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Food coloring

Mix flour and salt first in a medium saucepan. Add other ingredients except coloring. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until "globby". Add color, stir, cool. Keep in covered container.
