PEANUT CHOCOLATE PARFAIT DESSERT 
1 pkg. Devil's food cake mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
3/4 c. peanuts

FILLING:

3/4 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip
5 1/2 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped peanuts
1 sm. Hershey bar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13 pan.

In large bowl, combine all base ingredients at medium speed until blended. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE!!!! Cool.

In small bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar at low speed until crumbly. Set aside.

In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add milk, Cool Whip and pudding mix. Beat 2 minutes on low until well blended.

Pour 1/2 of cream cheese mixture over base. Sprinkle with 1/2 of peanut butter mixture. Repeat. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped peanuts and grated Hershey bar. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Serves 16.
