PIE CRUST IN THE PAN 
1 1/2 c. flour (sifted into pie plate)
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. water

Mix well in pie plate with fork. Pat down to shape in plate. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Fill with butterscotch or choice cream filling or fruit.
