MELTING MOMENTS 
1 c. real butter
5 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
3/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. sifted flour

Cream butter and sugar; add cornstarch and flour. Mix well. Form into balls about the size of a nickel. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until firm to the touch - cool.

FROSTING:

3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. fresh orange juice

Mix sugar and juice well. Frost the top of each cookie.
